Today I'm gonna give you a recipe..HOW EXCITING..
(I'm sorry i don't have pictures...)
250g of self raising flour
50g of butter, soft..
100g of sugar
1tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of milk
Mixing bowl (In freezer for 20-30 min)
Balloon whisk (in freezer for 20-min)
1 tsp vanilla extract
10g Icing sugar
A mug of cold double cream
Heat oven to 180°C,
Get a bowl and beat the eggs. Once it's a nice yellow-ish color add the soft butter, vanilla extract and milk. Get a different bowl and put the self raising flours and sugar and mix it.
Get the bowl with the flour and sugar and mix it.
Put it in a cake bowl and put it in the oven.
Add the mixing bowl and balloon whisk in the freezer.
When the cake comes out the oven, get them out the freezer.
Mix the double cream, with the balloon whisk, until it becomes big and fluffy.
Then add the Icing sugar and it becomes Perf (you know what I mean..)
Add the vanilla extract and Voilà!
